We are doing activities with Cinderella and Little Red Riding Hood this week.

Directions for fluency read:  Time your child for 1 minute. They should read as fast as they can.  After they are finished, time them for 1 minute again.  Check to see if they increased their speed.  Time them for a third time, and then check their progress. You may look to the side of the paper to see how many words they read per minute.  The goal for the end of 3rd grade is 110 words per minute.
